Welcome to Trawlly ("we", "us", "our"), operated by hakeemi-tech from India. By creating an account or using the service at trawlly.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Trawlly is a web-scraping API that fetches publicly accessible web pages at your direction and returns structured data in JSON or CSV, optionally on a recurring schedule with change notifications.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for all activity under your keys. One person or legal entity per account; you must be able to form a binding contract.

3. Acceptable use

• The Service may only be used to collect data that is publicly accessible. You may not use Trawlly to bypass logins, paywalls, technical protection measures or digital rights management.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the terms of the websites you target and all applicable laws. robots.txt is respected by default and you may not disable it for targets that forbid crawling.
• No unlawful, infringing, harassing or harmful content collection; no interference with target-site operation; no resale of the Service itself.
• Fair use: each plan carries monthly credit limits and per-run page ceilings which are enforced automatically.

4. Billing & subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST), which are added where required. Credits reset each billing month and unused credits do not roll over. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never store your card details. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.

5. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided without uptime guarantees during this launch phase. We may modify features, plan limits and prices prospectively; material adverse changes will be communicated in advance and let you cancel before they take effect.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or abuse the platform, with notice where practicable.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for how you use the data you collect.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at the operator's place of business have exclusive jurisdiction.
